Lying with Lilies

Lying with Lilies embraces a simple and still moment. The fluid form of the half-submerged figure is accentuated by the dimensional “lily pads” that outline her frame. The full volume and textural character of the lilies create an energy that radiates around the body. This piece marks the beginning of my metal work.
