‘Daily Report’ mini series is a collection of color studies that juxtaposes expressive moods with whimsical weather ‘report’ language. The play on weather vocabulary presents this work as satires of our fickle emotions. The figures are left headless to propose how our bodies alone can convey our mental condition.
This series is currently comprised of four pieces:
Sunny with a Chance of Peaceful Contemplation- This piece uses subtle earth tones and a relaxing composition
High Winds, Secure Your Sanity- This work utilizes daring brush strokes to pair with a purple and neutral color scheme
Sweet Summer Showers Returning this Morning- This piece warms up a space with its peachy hues
Stay on Shore, Riptides Present- This work offers an underwater mood with it’s blue-green and sand like complexion
